Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all users of our website www.fair-t.com
Our Contract With You
In placing an order on our website by clicking on 'confirm' you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed at the price stated. Fair-T reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted we will email you an order confirmation and then once posted, a delivery confirmation with tracking on dispatch will be emailed to you. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed during the purchasing process by clicking on the basket icon on the top right hand side of the page. Prior to submission of your order any personal details - for instance billing address, credit card number - can be edited by returning to the checkout screen. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order please contact us with your order details and the details to change.
We do our best to ensure our inventory is updated. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will contact you and process a full refund as soon as possible.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.
You can pay for your order online by using most major Credit and Debit cards and service providers such as Paypal and Apple Pay.
Delivering Your Order
We use Royal Mail delivery service. Your item may require a signature on receipt of delivery. If you are not in to accept your delivery then our courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will always provide you with a tracking number to keep up to date with deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on our returns policy.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
